Capabilities include auto attendant, queuing and open standards for operating with SIP hardware equipment.

We have 2 options on the APTECH Hosted IP-PBX, the 6/16 (Up to 6 Lines and 16 Extensions) the 12/32 (Up to 12 Lines and 32 Extensions), if you have bigger requirements let us know.  While normal PBXs only connect extensions inside the office and T1 PBX's require expensive PRI access, the Aptech IP-PBX is delivered via IP and bundled with internet connectivity for  more cost effective connection. The flexibility of the APTECH IP-PBX allows the creation of different Auto Attendant IVR's, Ring Groups, Folow Me. Users from different places can be grouped into virtual groups, allowing better utilization of resources, more flexible geographic arrangements, and more rapid reaction to organizational change.
